ServSafe Food Manager Certification Course

Cost: $200 (Separate registration required. This course is not included with general FEHA AEM admission.)

Elevate your professional credentials with the nationally recognized ServSafe Food Manager Certification, offered in conjunction with the 2025 Florida Environmental Health Association Annual Education Meeting (AEM). This intensive, instructor-led training session will cover critical food safety principles, current regulations, and practical techniques to manage foodborne risks in any food service environment.

Upon completion, participants will be eligible to sit for the official ServSafe exam, fulfilling food manager certification requirements for many health departments and jurisdictions.

Note: You must register separately for this course. Admission to the AEM does not include access to the ServSafe session.
