Cost:
Basic Access $200: includes access to most classes & networking events (except OSTDS, Body Art, CPO & other certifications/credentials)
Unlimited Access $700: includes access to all classes & networking events. INCLUDES: CPO, OSTDS, CPO, Body Art & All other classes. Also includes special Bonus AEM gift filled with special AEM surprises & 2 drink tickets per day.
A La Carte Access $40-$180 per class: Only includes access to the individual class you select. DOES NOT include any other classes or any networking events. This is only a good option if you plan on only attending for 1 session and not attending any networking event or awards lunch/dinner.
***When purchasing the "Ultimate" Access registration, you must choose the sessions labeled "Ultimate" in order to get the classes to be included in the Ultimate package.***

CPO Registration Info:
For DOH Employees: The CPO registration fee is covered by a DOH grant. The certification card is not covered. When you sign up, you will choose CPO Day 1, Day 2 & Day 3. Day 3 will charge you $55 for the certification fee. You must choose either the basic or unlimited access in order to have access to all the other conference activities such as the other sessions, after hour events, awards lunch, welcome breakfast, etc.
Non-DOH Employees: You will choose ALL CPO Days at registration. You must choose either the basic or unlimited access in order to have access to all the other conference activities such as the other sessions, after hour events, awards lunch, welcome breakfast, etc.

Booking online: You can book your hotel room online, HOWEVER: the default wording on the reservations webpage says that the hotel charges a resort fee and a deposit of 1 nights stay. THIS IS NOT TRUE for our conference. It is default wording on the reservation site that can not be changed but you will NOT be charged any of this. If you can not justify to whoever you need to that the fees will not be charged, than you must call the hotel directly to book your room. There is no way to remove this wording.
