IMPORTANT UPDATE ABOUT THE 75th Annual AEM
Due to the damage caused to Plantation Resort by the recent hurricane, I regret to inform you that the 75th Annual AEM that was scheduled for October has been postponed until May of 2024. The hotel sustained a large amount of damage including flooding of the entire first floor guest rooms, meeting rooms and restaurants. The Tiki Bar and Pool also sustained a large amount of damage. All of this will takes weeks to repair to a state where it will be safe us to hold our conference.
This is not a decision that we took lightly but we have no other option at this time.
However, we have booked new dates for the 75th AEM. We will now be hosting the AEM on May 6th-11th, 2024.
